This is what Prohibition of cannabis has led to. People (like me)want it enough that they are willing to buy it on the black market. The black market economy provides a way for orgainztions like the Taliban to make money. Of course no one would buy from a source they KNEW funded the Tailiban, but half the time we have no idea because it is all part of an illegal economy. Legalize it, bring it out into the open, and you cut off a source of revenue to orgainzations like the Taliban.
