Im 6'2 200lb and i took over 90 days to get clean....im a very heavy smoker....i used a number of colon cleaning products, ginsing, and natuaral cleaning pills....

I drank nothing but water for 3 months straight...no coffee, or soda....cut out most sugars and still failed...

Im skinny for my size....dont listen to people who say 21-30 days and your clean.....everyone body is different.
