i assume you meant Benadryl, which contains the drug Diphenhydramine, the ld50 of which is like 500mg, and if you already tripped today you might have a good amount of it still in your system, id advise against it.

^to each his own, i enjoy my dxm, you can enjoy your benadryl, just be careful with it cause it can be pretty dangerous.
