Growshop Alien and Dr Chronic have both been reliable, stealthy, and very reasonable in prices in my experience - I would not give them any bad remarks for any reason. Always use caution of course, however. International mail is always subject to customs and you never know...

Of course as mentioned, if at all possible use an unregistered address (in that it is not attached to any of your legal or known names), PO Box, or address not associated with you, and NEVER ship to a grow site!
