Yes it does.

It doesnt work that way. Labs will not run a confirmation GC/MS on a urine sample that tested negative on the initial EMIT screen. It would be a big waste of time and most importantly, money. GC/MS testing is not cheap. It must be understood that labs are like any other business - they are in to making a profit and they are not going to run unnecessary tests which could eat away at their bottom line.

If a urine sample tests negative on the initial screen, the testing is over then as a "passing" status.
Burnt Toast Reviewed by Burnt Toast on . High Anxiety, seeking input Hi everyone, I am in place to start an internship with a Fortune 500 company pending I pass a drug screen. I took it last week with LabCorp/ChoicePoint. I smoked for the first time in 5 and half months, 25 days prior to the test. I also stupidly took a tylenol 3 (with codeine in it) and 20 mg of oxycodone about 4 and half days prior to the test. In my defense, I didn't know I would be getting drug tested when I consumed these substances, and would never have done so otherwise. Rating: 5
