Your home tests and immunassay tests usually have a cutoff of 50ng for thc. The GC/MS should have a 15ng cutoff. Thats why idf your on prescription drugs you know its going to get the tougher confirmation test of GC/MS. Depending on your thc level you will be screwed. Thats why alot of here advocate synthetic urine.

I took it last week with LabCorp/ChoicePoint. I smoked for the first time in 5 and half months, 25 days prior to the test. I also stupidly took a tylenol 3 (with codeine in it) and 20 mg of oxycodone about 4 and half days prior to the test.
