Not even close. You need the largest 'daylight' CFLs you can find, and many of them. If you are in a country that has stiff penalties for cultivation, I would recommend against supplemental lighting outdoors, as it is very obvious and visible.

I was wondering which one is better, the yellowish or the white one??? Also Im probably going to buy philips equivalent to 150w I think it was 25w energy saving.
