Hahah i assume that the joke with the fireflies is about the 18w but Ive seen many posts with ppl growing only with 150w cfl and it looked good!. Anyway with both sylvania and the cfl it should be kind of... good, shouldnt it?

NO. It will only insult your plants, and probably make them herm. You'd need AT LEAST 400 watts of HID to have ANY effect on the outdoor cycle without promoting heterozygous changes.
You'd be better off having your plants indoors in pots, then bringing them outside for the 6 hours of sun, and then BACK inside for darkness. But then you'd risk almost certainly bringing bugs into your grow room.

I was wondering which one is better, the yellowish or the white one??? Also Im probably going to buy philips equivalent to 150w I think it was 25w energy saving. OK I got it... What about removiong the pots from outside and begin an indoor grow with the 150w cfl? And lkeave the sun for the flowering period
