well the music is shitty. usually it is a term thrown at people with no friends who whine about it and dont do anything about it then decide to start making themselves appear radically different than the rest of society then blaming their problems with social relationships on everyone besides themselves. or it is thrown at people with stupid haircuts, but then they should probably be able to take the insult.

All of a sudden this one, insignificant little sub-culture has come to dominate and monopolize any and all themes dark, as viewed by those not immersed in the culture. Frankly I'm getting sick of this whole emo-hatred itself; I wouldn't ever embrace this way of life myself, really not my style, but is it really so outrageous a concept that we just let people be?
