whats works well for me is waking up at 5am and getting outside
its kind of dark and real quiet.i put on my i=pod and start running
with every minute that goes by im farther and farther from my house
i feel like im flying/floating along.....then the lil sweat beads start forming
then they start dropping from my head like bombs from a plane
when i get home soaking wet from sweat i jump in the shower..a cold shower
after cleaning up and shaving my head till its smooth as a babies ass
i step out of the shower and air dry butt naked while smoking my bong
its only 6am and i have the whole day ahead of me......life is good
