Yes people do die from weed, but like you said he was fat you have to smoke like half your bodyweight in weed in a few hours to overdose, so lets say he was 300(or more) he would have to smoke 150 pounds over a few hours i highly doubt it was the weed....

There have been precancerous cells found in heavy marijuana smokers, never a case of lung cancer that could be attributed soley to marijuana smoking however.

There is a guy a knew, he was in his early 30s, he died 2 years ago of a heart attack...he was overweight and had bad cholesterol...he was a pothead, and i just found out that one day he smoked alot i dont kno exactly how much but he smoked alottt, and the next day he nevver woke up, had a heart attack in his sleep...kinda scared me a little, any thoughts?

Well IMO he died because he did NOT take care of himself It's to bad and all but I would not pick pot as the cause! You said "He smoked alot i dont know exactly how much but he smoked alottt" well I am a MAJOR pot head!

I don't smoke near as much as before but when people say alottt! That's me, I think you would OD from eating pot before smokin it! You would surely pass out from smoking before you would OD.....or I would have been dead by 16

errr ok i just realized i said yes ppl do die from weed.lol i dont knwo what i meant by that but i think i was saying like you can get complications from weed that would make you die, Ex. Lung Cancer, and what not
