another newbie with sick plants

Hope i get this right.I am in about the second week of bloom and my plants look bad . i am growing in 2 gal, pots using fox farms dirt . in veg i used old age fert, 12,6,6 . but switched to botanicare . I am now using botanicar bloom witch is 1.5, 3.5,4 . right now i am feeding plants about 700 ppm . soil ph is aroud 6.5 to 7.0 . water is about 6.5 ph . humidity stays between 53 rh and 29 rh . high temp 83 f low 67 f . strain og bubba . second week of veg i had mite broblem wich beet them up but have not seen mites in weaks . now the plants are yellow and drooping cant seem to get them to perk up and look good . lower leaves bye base of plants are dying of droop is most sever around 8 hrs of light . i am runing 3 thousand watts hps 24 inches high no glass or sucktion on them . i am going to post pics as soon as lights come on and i can take them thanks for any help .

this is my first grow so any help would be great .

ok i have been reading some other threds and disided to check the ph of my drainage water as i just watered . All i have is a drop tester wich turned dark green that means some were in the 7 ph range my feeding water was 6.0 . I allso diped my ppm gage in drain water came out at 800 ppms but i feed with 700 ppm. also saw this on leafs dose not look good .
