Miracle Grow
i have about 20 veg plants that were growing in miracle grow, in coco pots then added them to 1 gallon platsic pots. all miracle grow. when i put them into the hut for flowering, they really started to take off. but i added bloom boost. i take it that was a mistake, due to the nutes already in the miracle grow. most of the older leaves have yellowed. YIKES!! i have flushed the plants twice now, and have only used water. ph sufficient. the new leaves are not yellowing. any suggestions on how to go about the next step with the nutes?? aside form easing up on the MG? any help would be appreciated. thanks

well, though i wish i knew for sure, as i've been bashing my skull in trying to figure out th reason for the yellowing, i have the answer i believe. i hope somebody who can benefit from this. all my Grape Apes are suffering from the DAMN HydroHut Deluxe they're in. we went to the hydro shop we got it from today and sure enough, they said absolutly disassemble it, there is a recall. the toxins from the hut are causing the yellowing. now i'm 3 weeks into flowering with my baby apes are suffering from toxins. YIKES!!! looks like the hard work just got harder. trying o figure out the next best step. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. my hut is in my garage, outside the hut i have my 3 big Lavender momas along with the nursery. 24/0 lights. :wtf3:

Bummer about the hut, but congrats on making Miracle Grow work for you. Twas what I learned with. With all the designer nutes available today, there aren't too many of us out there with the willingness to try.
Wouldn't take much to fabricate your own hut, how are you with a saw and some screws?

if i was u, i would mix ur miracle grow with a top soil base. being that top soil has most of the regiment. say, 1/4 miracle grow.... and so on. i found that having a strong nut. mix from the start can be very exhausting for the plant. the less stress the better in the start anyways, so much grow potential .

thank you both very much for the input. i will definitely take the advice. the hydro guy we bought the hut off advises to finish the flower cycle, 3 1/2 weeks in, then tear down the hut, and they'll exchange it with the new one. i am going to take down all four sides and keep the top and bottem for the remainder. i would totally dedicate the garage to them, but the hut works out, considering my circumstances. i think i won't add any added nuts for at least 3 more weeks. not sure. the yellowing the leaves have is very depressing.
