Also, with a plant that has been seeded, IMHO you should check your trichs of course, but ultimately go by seed ripeness. Even if your plant appears ripe, unless it is a selfed pollination from a hermie pod on THAT plant, wait until the seeds are fat and brown, because they will fall easily out of the dried buds and you won't have to worry about going AAAAAAK there was a seed in that bowl! Little premature green pips are the very DEVIL to remove from bud.
