getting close need some advice

Ok here's the scoop. I'm 33 and I stopped smoking on May 1st. It's been 40 days today. I'm 5'7", 155 pounds and I smoked about a quarter ounce of good mids a week for the past 10 years. I have an employment UA in 20 more days. I just passed an at home test with a very dark line three days ago but that was after about 4 beers. The last two mornings I tested first thing in the morning but no line. Am I getting close or should I start getting prepared for other options?

You're doing good. Maybe try a system flush for good measure, ( available at most head shops).

I tried one of those 7-10 day toal cleanser things after two weeks clean. It was BS... didn't do anything for me. I have been exercising and taking metamucil.

You're doing the right thing. Just keep it up. Stop exercising a couple days before the UA and still follow the dillution sticky. Substitute gatorade for water and maybe only drink 30ozs.

I really don't want it to come back diluted. DO you think the 30 oz. of gatorade will give me a negative dilute?

30 ozs is fine. Unless you're drinking tons of other fluids. Usually 48 ozs doesn't cause any problems.

If I'm getting a good line in the evening, how long until I can pass in the morning? Should I be good in the next couple of weeks?
