I would veg it longer to make sure you have a healthy stronger plant that will be able to suport the bud when you do, Flip it 2 12/12. Right now there a little on the weak side for that. You need to get that stem strong and need more branches so yes top soon. Try to increase the direct sunlight and air movment on the plants this will make a diffrence... Getting lots of wind on them is great for branch and root development. Lots of people like to hide there plants in there back yard or in areas of little light and wind so they tend to grow tall and lanky and when it comes time to bud there having to tie em "up" or use sticks to hold plants upright. Snapping branches is common with this due to over load of bud wieght and moister..." sucks to goto crop and see your girls taking a nap in the dirt..." Determine sex around 2-3 weeks into 12/12 or may show during veg stages also. "depends on strain also"

ps. I would pull out 1 those 2 seedlings that you have in same pot toghter.. chances are 1 will kill off the other in competing for root space and light.. also wouldnt that be a bitch if one of the 2 was male and knocked the girls up?
