You can't really give that a definitive answer. It's not like there's three levels of weed: shwag, mids and dank. It's a whole continuum of weed from the crystalliest dankest bud in the world down to industrial hemp. It all depends on where you draw the lines: how bad does something have to be to be considered shwag, and how good does it have to be to be considered KB?

The original question has a definitive answer and it's already been given an oz is an oz , 8 x 1/8th is an ounce , or if you convert to grammes :

1/8 = 3.5 grms
1/4 = 7 grms
1/2 = 14 grms
And an ounce in grammes would be 28 grammes.
Volume or quality is not weight and weights remain standard.
An ounce is an ounce however you cut it !
