Keep it simple... put any weed and/or paraphinalia in the trunk for whatever transit. I am assuming from dealer to your home *ONLY*. Keep your vehicle clean, serviced, and in good repair. Keep the registration and insurance up to date, and *ALWAYS* wear your seat belt. Don't be out running around at 2am...keep your transit time during normal hours.. like from around 7am and be off the road by around 9pm. Drive normally, don't hot rod around, but OTOH don't drive exactly the speed limit, just go with the flow of traffic.

IOW....don't draw attention to yourself and put yourself in a position where somebody has to *DO* something about it. Above all, NEVER DRIVE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE!!

I got busted a few months ago for possession and paraphenalia, where I live 1st possession is just a ticketable non-traffic offense so not that big of a deal. If a cop were to pull me over, can he pull up my record and see that I have a previous marijuana offense and use that as some kind of reasonable suspicion / probable cause to search my car?
