It's counties against state again in appeal of pot suit
i thought they were iight with the ID card also but it doesnt seem to have settled.. This whole thing i feel will go to court when 26+ of the states legalize or the majority. Id imagine they would take it up with federal bc federal as of the constitution was created "as an AGENT OF TO SERVE" The States. It will be really interesting to say the least, Good find.
