DP Blueberry from Seed to Perpetual harvest
Nothing yet....hehe...should be a few days.
Temps in the germination area are steady at 78F. humididty at around 50%RH.
Gave a light misting this morning and re-covered with the plastic wrap.
Here are some pics of the germination process. I used to use the paper towel method however thought this way would be less intrusive and stressful to them and also minimizes the risk of damaging the tap root.
1./ The seeds and prop tray
2./ Poking a hole with a twist tie about 1/4" deep
3./ Using tweezers to sow the seed, pointy side down
4./ Spraying the substrate with R/O water
5./ Covering the tray with plastic wrap to create a makeshift greenhouse.
See ya'll in a couple of days when they poke through.
Ciao for now.
