I am a once-every- 2 month smoker ....haden't smoked for a couple months then at a buddies 40th bday party, a bubbler came my way and I took one good hit. I felt it, but by no means was super stoned, as it really was only one hit.

Anyway, a week went by...I exercised everyday, I'm slim, eat healthy, drink lots of water, etc..... then this morning (8 days later) the life insurance medical examiner showed up...I completely forgot she was coming.....and I gave a blood and urine sample.

My 2 concerns are:

- do you think its possible it may be out of my system? Below the testing threshold???

- if it's not out, and I test positive, what is worst case scenario? Can they contact my employer and let them know? Or will they merely deny me coverage???
