You have your camera set to focus on the background, not the foreground (that is why the soil in the background is clear but the plant / primary interest composition is blurry). You need to set your camera to MACRO mode to get a much better detailed view of the plant as opposed to what is behind it. What kind of camera are you using? Either way, from the blur it is too hard to tell whether you have female preflowers that are not yet pistilate yet, or male preflowers. I would not recommend taking any action until you have absolutely determined what sex the plant(s) are. Sometimes female plants can take a week or two to produce preflower pistils. In addition, male preflowers can be allowed to mature at least several weeks more from what you have shown before they are a serious threat to a sensi harvest. I have seen male plants grow flowers for almost a month before becoming a threat to yield. Just make sure you keep an eye on it...

I'm sorry to inform you, but the newer flowers on the second set of pics (especially those captured in the first 2 pictures) appear to be pollen sacs (male flowers). of course, I'm not that experienced at sexing, so I would wait until someone with more experience confirms this before you do anything with it.
sorry man, and best of luck with the other plant.
