previous post on this site stated that the detox shampoos dont really do anything.. not sure at all, just what i've read

Do some research before making such a blanket statement.

Zydot has be proven in a scientific studies to reduce thc metabolite levels in hair. There are other shampoos that work well too. None will let a heavy user with little clean time pass. That takes more treatments.

Shampoos are part of a good hair cleansing program, not the complete answer.

Jerry G Reviewed by Jerry G on 06-07-2008. Hair Test Question I will be getting hair tested sometime during August. The test goes back 90 days, and I will be 70 days clean. I have just found out that, Propylene Glycol, the main ingredient in detox shampoos, is also present in my everyday shampoo, TRESemme. I have been washing my hair twice a day everyday for the past couple years. I am about to start taking a product that will make my hair grow faster. What do yall think as far as the propylene glycol and me passing this test? Rating: 5
