I've made several homemade bongs and pipes. Usually out of water bottles. Cut a small hole about 2-3 inches from the bottom of the bottle. Take a marks-a-lot marker and empty it so you have a tube. Place the tube in the hole at an upward angle then secure it (I usually use duct tape since it's waterproof). Take 2 water bottle caps, cut holes in both and tape them together> ][ Like that. There is an edge on the inside of the cap that fits perfectly over the markers wider end, to make a bowl. Then fill with water and enjoy. I also made a pipe out of a bottle, but without the water to filter the smoke it gets really fuckin stale. Same principal, just make a carburator on the side and don't add water. Hope this helps other poor people like myself.
