Novice Q...Can I use my aquarium light?
Well i have grown before, but not to great. It was an outdoor job that started off well but ended ok.
i own a saltwater tank and I have a light that i dont use anymore. Its a CFL...double fixture, about 24 inches in length.
It has one flourscent that is 10,000k and one blue actinic. Both 36 watts. Is that effecient enough? Is the blue actinic beneficial? I know these lights are specifically used for photosynthesis(sp?) for corals so I'd imagine it does the same for a plant. What you think? Thank you
