I read about a month ago we were sending 'another' warship to the gulf, off Iran. Not as a show of force, but support--whatever that was suppose to mean. The next day, they then said they planned it to replace a ship leaving. Mostly, the articles were geared at what sounded like a lot of ships off the coast of Iran, 'watching it'! I tend to agree with boaz, probably has something to do with elections. The hostility toward Iran and N. Korea right now, as being 'more of a threat to democracy' than Iraq ever was has been a big issue! With the changing of politics in Pakistan and Afganistan--none of it sounds good. It sounds good to get out of Iraq and go next door with more support of the U.S.; and God forbid to do it for political intent! It looked real good for the Democrats taking over the White House, until the primaries--now, I feel a little restless, can there be a no lose ticket? As we thot a year ago?? who knows! If Bush could be tried for treason or at the least 'war crimes?' Sounds like a crap shoot!
