At this point, it is not hypocrisy since it was already ruled that electoral votes supersedes popular vote.

Gore didn't even contest it strongly. He should've drawn it out. I bet he would've now that we know how the future turned out.

Gore had it and they all screamed foul. Now that Clinton has the popular vote the Democratic Superdelegates will decide the race and it looks like their backing Obama based on delegate count and NOT on the popular vote.
