jesse is right... my guess is that you have some emotional/mental ties that your "subconscious" or something is trying to bring out and deal with... follow jesse's advice and face what is there... don't label, judge, or expect anything... just observe and let it play out. if you are flopping around the room uncontrollably just observe what it feels like.. notice the feelings that arise... just allow what is to be.

Recently i had an projection where i came out in a different environment to where i was sleeping(and seemed to be flying around uncontrollably). The reason why this concerns me is because where I astral projected was in my old house and was where i recovering from psychosis. Because this was such a traumatic experiene i was wondering if this would be a permanent thing for me to be astral projecting in the same environment because (and Rating: 5
