6 weeks is a bit early to be picking, I'd say ya got another 7-10 days, with a blueberry (even a quick finisher like Cinderella99 goes 50+ days) ... clear trichomes have little THC, aren't matured yet ... cloudy/milky is when they are at their optimum THC peak ... THC breaks down into CBD, that's what you see with amber trichs, they are degrading THC ... if you want an 'UP' effect, harvest when all are cloudy/milky ... you can continue flushing, choice is yours ... I made calendar errors on my last plant, she wound up finishing for 3 weeks on nothing but plain tapwater, smoked REAL smooth  ... nice plants

:wtf: ... I guess I wasn't very clear, sorry ... your plant is NOT ready, many clear trichomes are quite visible in your pic ... if YOU think it's ready, then why are you asking again ? ... it's YOUR plant, cut the sumbitch down, I don't care

ya got a real nice plant going there , ... ya wouldn't want to be too anxious, and not realize your full potential ... I, also, grow for an UP effect :stoned: ... I usually harvest mine, when I see only a handful of amber, and almost no clear trichs ... it gets better

Follow the trichomes. They will lead you to a hapy place.

Some strains will not have an up high because of genetics. I think blue is one of those. Mostly indica. It should be very stoney and almost narcotic.

You got one big couch ride ahead. Good luck.

Look for a mostly sativa next time for the up high. I can tell you that if you want to be under the couch nirv. has Hawaii x skunk. It's maui waui with skunk. It will put you under. 3 hit crippler. Your blue should be like that too. it is one of the highest thc levels.

A pure sativa should finish early with mostly cloudy and still a few clear trichs. A pure Indica should finish late with mostly amber and a few cloudy trichs. These days, pretty much everything is in the middle.

So look at your leaves first, do they look narrow? Fat? If narrow it is more Sativa, finish early. If fat it is more Indica, finish later. Next look at your trichs and match that. You said they are mostly cloudy with a handful of amber, then pull it. We can't tell from your pic, I use a 30 - 100 X magnifying lens to get a look.
