I'd go with A as well, but just cause I don't like to up and move around too much. But if you really think you can do the music thing you could choose B and go to school there at UM. Where you graduate from undergrad isn't the most important thing in the world, I mean if your choice is Harvard or some crappy community college, obviously you should go to Harvard. But if you do well in undergrad and really try to learn and get internships and apply yourself to both music and whatever your major is in, you should be alright.

As long as you can find some good working opportunities in whatever field you're trying to pursue you should be straight. I hate all the job listings for entry positions that require experience, if it's entry level, how the hell would I have experience, and if I did have experience, why the hell would I want an entry level position? Job experience will trump the name of your school almost everytime. Employers want to know what you can do in the real world.
