They cant torch the poppy fields because there is too much money to be made for a few government officials.The biggest drug warlord in that country is a government official.Why cant they pay these farmers not to grow poppies pretty easy solution it wouldnt cost very much because i cant see these farmers making a shitload of money they just want to feed there children.But thats not going to happen now is it.
