keeping tolerance low
you do realize that smoking 2-3 times per week will not keep your tolerance low though compared to mine your would be considered low, i would say 2 times at most in a week, with 3 happening if your partying.
Drink lots of milk, the fats will absorb the thc and then get passed through with your exercise if you do enough of it to work off the milk fat which develops
