They look pretty healthy; the leaf shape hints that it is time for a larger pot, though.
Yellowing low leaves do naturally happen over time, both as a natrual sloughing-off, and because the plant starts using stored N when it is deprived of N in flower. That's actually a GOOD thing; you should expect your plant to look a bit scruffy and used-up at harvest time, lol.
