Gnomes are elementals. They truly exist. I think gnomes can be good and bad because they are in the 4th dimension of consciousness, where duality still exists, but were beings, yes humans too, have superhuman powers, physically. 5th dimensional beings supposedly have bodies of light and have transcended duality into unity.
