I'd have to agree with orzy, if you have others get the hermie out of there. When the buds get large and green is everywhere it becomes more difficult to locate them and pull them off. Maybe just pull it off and keep an eye on herhim until you see some more. If that happens toss her. It all really depends on how many girls are in close proximity, or thats the way i look at it.
