The worst thing about the "genetically modified" wheat is the addition of extra-strong gluten - which is, as the name implies, "gluey". Four years ago, I was very ill until I discovered that I had Celiac Disease - which is an autoimmune disorder caused by ingestion of gluten. Gluten was never meant for human consumption, and is wreaking havoc on the health of the human race. Another culprit is cow's milk, which contains casein, another gluey substance. Soy and corn are also bad for most people. Autoimmune diseases, autism, senility, and hundreds of other illnesses are on the rise and it's largely due to our diets.
