yea, im gonna call him tuesday, would do it tommorow but it's memorial day so i think there closed. i just wanted to know if a cop searches my property without prior consent, my permission, or a search warrent and finds a couple pots outside and arrests me for it, would that fall under "illegal search and seizure" and i was wondering if anyone has had any first hand experince with a similar sitiuation. I had 26 plants but the're only a month old and mabye 4"-5" tall, except for one which was really outdoing all the others it was over 1' tall.
