...I have kept a little radio in the grow room for about 10yrs now...lol,
........I added a small,cheap radio i got from walmart.The volume isn't loud or blaring,it's very medium.I chose an oldies station,i belive its having a positive effect,after only 5 days!:thumbsup:

try looking in the 80-something section on your FM for classical, many more frequencies hit...better in my opinion

Doesn't really cost a thing and it doesn't mess up any other equipment (a little stereo isn't going to change your light, humidity, temp, etc). No good reason I can think of not to play your plants some good music.
As far as the style is concerned, I'd say to just go with whatever you like best. If you hate the music being played you'll be less likely to check in on your plants regularly.
Call me crazy, but I just think if you and your plants groove to the same tunes you'll be more compatible, yeah?

How about this...
Find one song to play to your plant throughout it's entire growth cycle. Say... Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd (listening to it now). The plant will think that this constant sound is it's mother. Then when you harvest and smoke the plant... you play the song... and the plant (wanting to impress it's mother) reaches its full potential and completely melts your face off.
Yeah... I don't think it makes sense either... :jointsmile:

i've kept tunes on with my lighting schedule just for the hell of it my past two grows and they just seems to taste better each time, but it's probably that i started using molasses at the end of flowering.
