Mabey you dont need to smoke weed at all. If it makes you depressed then weed is not for you, take up some hobies, or get a job with more responsibilities. It sounds to me like your just starting and stoping for your leisure not any medical reson. I f you smoke and then stop and have these type of symptoms then herb is not for you. You need to seek something eles, such as sports, or active hobbies. Experimenting with the ganja is just that an experiment, it sounds to me like you are one of the few whos body does not like to rock the ganj... so dont. Simple as that, sounds harsh, but I see people that say there depressed and want drugs for it. All they need is some sunshine and exercize, if they cant get up to do somthing weed is not gonna make them get up and do something.
