    Mabey you dont need to smoke weed at all. If it makes you depressed then weed is not for you, take up some hobies, or get a job with more responsibilities. It sounds to me like your just starting and stoping for your leisure not any medical reson. I f you smoke and then stop and have these type of symptoms then herb is not for you. You need to seek something eles, such as sports, or active hobbies. Experimenting with the ganja is just that an experiment, it sounds to me like you are one of the few whos body does not like to rock the ganj... so dont. Simple as that, sounds harsh, but I see people that say there depressed and want drugs for it. All they need is some sunshine and exercize, if they cant get up to do somthing weed is not gonna make them get up and do something.

    One of the reasons mj is so hard to kick is that when chronic users quit, they can become depressed. Not sure if you always smoke the way you have the last week, but that could be the reason. :thumbsup:

    agree with coelho and unknown...

    i find that if I get into the same habit of smoking, like into a routine, it starts to get me depressed. if i mix it up and smoke outside or smoke w different people than normal, it kind of re-energizes me. i also agree w the poster that said you have to not feel guilty about your weed smoking or it can drag you down as well. i used weed for a long time to run away from my probs and it wasnt til i realized that they were still there and it was months later that i started to change my pot smoking habits.

    like other have said, its a very mental drug and it all depends on you. it may also help to take a look at your eating and exercise habits, you'd be surprised how much a little working out or yoga or whatever and eating a little less fast food per week can raise your mood.

    A joint a day man, thats me. Keeps me from smoking all my weed.
    When i smoke CONSTANTLY, i tend to sober up in a weird way and i get bored and sometimes lightly depressed about certain things.

    I can look foreward to my toke and it feels well deserved.

    You know that rough feeling after a night of heavy smoking well the cotton headedness, the slowness and tiredness in the morning. After a week of all day everyday it's just the times about 7.

    If you are feeling depressed do not take prozac i couldn't ejaculate for a month on that stuff and just added to the depression(I'm sure you were all dying to know that)

    Nah we didn't really want to know that lol, but that would really suck if you couldn't ejaculate for a month.

    Unfortionatley that doesn't happen for me, my girlfriend rides horses too much. desensitization.
