if it is recomended to flush, i say flush, let the rain fall, but a flush is more than rain, you are trying to get rid of the nute build up i assume? so flush. i think it means like three gallons of water for every gallon of soil. i flush mine before harvest, or if i have nute problems. So flush and let that sweet rain fall.
oh yeah, the root rot wont happen if you have adequate drainage...

I am outside, in 4 gallon containers, and it has been raining the last 12 hours. It is supposed to continue to rain for the next 2-3 days. At night they have a black tarp over them to force flowering. They are about 3 weeks into bloom. Should i flush them even though it is going to continue to rain for the next few days? They have a weather protector(agribon) over them which Rating: 5
