Can I get drug tested???

Hey, I'm from NJ and about to be 21 years old. Over spring break I got an underage drinking ticket at my friend's house. When the cops came to the house they found a bong and blunt guts, but no weed and just took the bong but didn't get anyone in trouble for that at all. The court date is in a couple of weeks and the ticket only says underage drinking. I'm expecting to just have to pay a fine and maybe attend a class on drinking or something. I was wondering, can they drug test me at the court? I doubt the officers will be there and considering that they never filed anything about the bong and the ticket is only for drinking I doubt that they would drug test me. What do you guys think though? Can they drug test me? Will the drug test me?

you most certainly will not get drug tested for an underage drinking ticket.

even if you would have gotten charged with that bong, another ticket, they wouldn't have said piss in this cup when you got to courtroom to pay your ticket.

Yeah thats why they have probation. You have to understand there are hundreds of cases this judge has to deal with and they are often similar to you're case. Even if you did get possession they wouldn't have the time to make you piss in a cup and wait for the results. Because the citation was for underage drinking that's probably all you're gonna get.
