White Hairs?

Hey. I just got some bud today, and it is absolutely plastered in white hairs. They look just like the ordinary orange/red hairs you expect to see on bud, however they are white (maybe very very very pale green).

The bud is the best smoke ive had for years, a very heavy sativa influenced strain leaves me high and energetic. Its a very smooth smoke, and the bud is covered in crystals.

Ive got some pictures but i cant find my camera charger.

What are these white hairs? Ive never seen them before?
