could have been the strips i was using - could have been that the time i tested, it was more dilute. i tested myself earlier in the day at the SG looked perfect. it was, of course, the strip i ran an hour before my real test that looked too low.

my understanding is that SG and creatine both have to come back too low for a negative dilute. so, hopefully i have the creatine in the bag

as i said, i think that maybe with sitting for an hour between voids, it would not have been dilute. we'll see

i really do not want to blow this - and, i had only one session, 20 days ago, after being clean for 60. i have to imagine i was good to go anyway. passing on the first void of the day.

oh, and the salt water was after i saw that the SG was too low
SensiGirl Reviewed by SensiGirl on . what's done is done - test so, i went today. it was at a doctor's office. i waited for a half hour before i went to the reception area and asked if i was in the right place. they were all apologetic, and figured i was a patient. it was me and another guy there for the piss test. took me to the back, had me rinse my hands with water, put my purse on a hook outside the bathroom. did not ask to empty pockets or anything shown the bathroom. closed and locked the door. no blue water in toilet, just a sign Rating: 5
