    Fan leaf clipping

hey all. so im in my second month of an outdoor grow and my leaves seem to be getting huge about 6-8inches long (sort of weighing themselves down) so i gave them a trim. was that okay?

shes only about 2 feet all, is it normal to see some little white/orangish hairs forming (where i believe buds will be)? I'm not quite sure but I don't see her being ready for harvest until august- sept but this is my first true grow so I don't want it dying on me.

trimming the fan leaves was not ok. big fan leaves perform a lot of photosynthesis. by cutting back the level of photosynthesis the plant wont have as much energy to create all the horomones and chemicals it needs to grow to its full extent.

next time try tucking down the leaves with something a tad heavier than the leaf itself.
