Ok, I have some leagle issue questions for those in California. I have a general understanding that with the proper forms and documents, I'm allowed a certain amount of plants and a certain amount of dry med mj.. both for personal use in my home behind closed doors. My question is this, how do you legally offer excess amounts of Med Mj to Co-Ops for a donation.. or other Med Card patients if you have a excess amount on hand, (and I only want to be well within my allowed amount).. what kind of protection with-in the leagle guidelines are there.. or are there none ??.. Can you only offer up/donate certain amounts (weight) or whats the deal ?? I have tried to look this up , and I'm either looking in the wrong places, not asking the right questions in the right manner or it's pretty cut and dry ... distribution is distribution, and nothing can protect you ...or do CoOps grown their own Meds and no need for you to offer any excess meds in the first place ?? I hear about "vendors".. are their leagle steps to becoming a vendor or are vendors operating on the outside of the leagle cuff ??.... I'd really LOVE for someone in the know to iron this mess out or point me in the right direction of those that do know. Seems for every Co-Ops starting up.. one gets closed down ?..If they are in fact leagle to operate, then whats with closing them down ?, and whats with these delivery companies ?.. whats the difference between YOU going to get meds from a Co-Op , and having someone BRING the meds to you ?. How much meds can one delivery guy deliver in a day and to how many patients are they allowed to deliver to in a day ? I can ask on and on but if you read this far then God Bless you, I really just want to have my facts and figures in a row is all.
