Slow Blue to Red Transition?
Let's say I am using four cool lights and one warm for vegging.
Because the sun transitions slowly, it would seem (to this ignorant poster) to be gentler (healthier?) on the plants to switch one blue out for one red every so many weeks, yet the standard here would seem to be to instantly switch to four warm and one cool (or all warm?) simultaneously with the switch to 12/12 lighting.
Anyone ever done a comparison or any experiments in this area?
Separate question. Any folks here use the same light spectrum (say a 4100K) all the way through with no change?RackitMan Reviewed by RackitMan on . Slow Blue to Red Transition?
