how do they look?

My friend has 4 plants and they are about a month old and we had some bad rain that messed them up so he brought them to his house,how are they looking?anything he needs to do?he also wants to know what is the best soil for outdoors and what nutes to add during flowering and what schedule.thank you.ps they wer in a spot with little sun thats why they are so small

Well KingKarnage,

They look root bound to me in those tiny cups. You should have moved them to a larger pot or your spot two weeks ago. See how they have that light pale look to them? Well, you would be pale too if you were starving.
