Just contributing from experience...I've recently purchased and received seeds from Attitude Seeds. It took 12 days and I live in east coast USA. All came safe and in their original breeder packs.

If all else fails, go with Hemp Depot like reaper has suggested for years. I know they are somewhat more expensive but I've heard and seen only good things. Price, free seeds, and pick n mix are some features that made Attitude appeal to me but use w/e works for you.:hippy:
