I final got a card that worked today. I had to get a Mastercard. All the Visa card are debit.

yeah that's what I was saying before, what name card did you go with?

Also, to not pay so much for the stupid card fee, I noticed SB takes regular American money orders, it doesn't have to be international one so that's awesome because it's like a buck something for one up to $500. Then the postage on a small light envelope.
Might take more time but also secure..
